Prefab Spline
RustEdit ProThe Prefab Spline panel makes the splines of a spline entity place prefabs: in a row along the line, such as a fence, or scattered inside a closed line, such as a wood. It shows in spline edit mode, when the entity's Spline Component is Prefab Spline. The types need RustEdit Pro.
Paths has one row for each spline of the entity, named Spline 0, Spline 1 and so on. Open a row and pick the spline's Type: Prefab Line or Prefab Area. Then pick a prefab brush List: its prefabs and weights are copied into the spline. The rows of the type set where the prefabs go: spacing and side for a line, density, holes and the gap between prefabs for an area, and jitter, slope, ground and seed for both.
With Live on, the prefabs are made again a moment after each change to the spline or a row. Make Prefabs and Remove Prefabs do it by hand. The prefabs are normal prefabs under an empty entity in the Hierarchy; a prefab changed by hand is lost at the next remake. See Prefab splines.
Can edit several selected objects at once. This panel is only shown in some cases.
